Postal Information

DELIVERY

UK Standard delivery will normally be 3 to 5 working days - after confirmed receipt of your order. We would advise all of our customers to allow up to 10 working days for receipt of goods - after order confirmation - to avoid disappointment. If the item is in stock then it will be despatched within 24 hours. Proof of posting is always gained when items are taken to the post office. There is a charge of £2.95 for this postal service.

Recorded delivery This service offers the same delivery time span as our standard service. However, we recommend this service if you are sending the goods as one of our gift ideas to a friend or relative as a signature is required against a parcel tracking number and we can be assured that the package has been delivered correctly. We will apply this delivery option as a minimum level if you are requesting delivery to your place of works or an alternative address. There is a charge of £3.95 for this postal service.

Special delivery will normally be next working day delivery order confirmation. This method offers a faster delivery time span. The cost for this service is £7.95.

Overseas Delivery  normally 10 to 20 - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of ordering.

NB Should we be unable to meet our agreed delivery date - we will contact you 24 hours before to agree an alternative. Should this be unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order without any charge or further obligation.

DELIVERY METHODS

Our normal delivery method will be via POST OFFICE SERVICES "first class". Proof of postage is always gained - so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to track and resolve the item. In the case of larger parcels the method used is via Securicor Omega. Again coverage is in place to ensure that we are positioned to follow up and resolve delays or non delivery problems. We also offer Recorded and special delivery services in both cases a signature is gained on receipt of your order and a parcel tracking number is obtained should this be required. Sometimes if orders weigh over 2Kg we send the order out via DHL Securicor Omega, which will require a signature, if there is no one in at the delivery address, then they will leave a calling card, you can then telephone them to re-arrange an alternative delivery time.
